Drawings and Dragons: A Fantasy RPG Art Camp

Ages: 12 - 18
ART thou ready? Join us for a week of Dungeons and Dragons, fantasy art and world building. Learn about character design, what makes a compelling backstory, and how to build your own fantasy world! We will be playing DnD or other fanstasy based games each day to learn more about our characters and the worlds we want them to inhabit.

Earth Explorers Camp
with Kiya Johnson
Ages: 11 - 18
Campers participate in hands-on activities that explore environmental science, earth science, geology, and marine science through experiments, outdoor exploration, and group projects. They learn about ecosystems, pollution, conservation, weather, climate, rocks, minerals, fossils, oceans, and marine life. Activities include building water filtration systems, creating food webs, identifying rocks and minerals, making fossil imprints, building and erupting model volcanoes, growing crystals, and creating ocean zone diagrams. Campers also take part in nature walks, environmental scavenger hunts, and outdoor observations where they collect and study natural materials like rocks, soil, and leaves. Throughout the camp, students work in teams to complete science projects and presentations, helping build teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills. The camp focuses on interactive learning, creativity, and real-world science concepts so campers can better understand the Earth, environment, and oceans in a fun and engaging way. Stage Through Time: Modern History & Pop Culture Camp

History Focus: Internet, social movements, space exploration, modern art Activities: Then vs. Now Duets: Compare 20th-century inventions with modern tech Songwriting Through Time: Modern musical mashups of historical events Choreography Through History: Dance inspired by modern styles or pop culture Final Showcase Performance: Combine all musical and theatrical pieces from the camp for a live performance.

Tiny Chefs Camp

Clay Sculpting Camp

Sculpt clay to make cute creations! Students will learn the basics of clay sculpting and apply those skills to make figures, magnets, trinket dishes, tic tac toe boards/game pieces and more!

Fun with ASL

Ages: 10 - 12
Join us for a fun and interactive week exploring American Sign Language (ASL)! This half-day camp introduces students to the basics of ASL through games, movement, storytelling, and hands-on activities. Campers will build communication skills, learn about Deaf culture, and gain confidence beginning to use sign language in everyday situations. We will work on basic ASL vocabulary (greetings, colors, numbers, common phrases and questions), fingerspelling (the ASL manual alphabet), how to communicate using facial expressions and body language No prior experience is needed - just curiosity and a willingness to try something new!

This workshop is a space to slow down, have fun, and create by exploring mixed media—no pressure, no perfection, no art skill required. Each session offers simple creative prompts and guidance, while leaving plenty of room for personal style and play. As they create, students will be encouraged to try new things and to see “mistakes” as part of the process—building confidence, creativity, and a sense of growth along the way. Whether you already love art or feel unsure where to start, this is a welcoming space to explore and create, focusing on enjoying the process along the way. Feel free to join more than one session . . . the prompts will be different!
