Tumbling I - T3

Ages: 7 - 13
Have a child that loves to bounce around, climbs the furniture or just seems to have an abundance of energy? Sign them up for a tumbling class! We will learn the basics of tumbling, how to do it safely and how to also increase their flexibility. This is a great foundation class for a lot of activities. The pace of the class depends on the children that are enrolled, if children catch on quickly we can learn quite a bit. This is a class for any beginner, coordinated or not!
Tumbling II - T4

Ages: 10 - 16
Ready o take your tumbling to the next level? This is a great class for students that have some gymnastics background/classes and want to continue their skills in a non competitive environment. Students should be able to do a cartwheel. This class will help you take your skills to the next level. Skills and progress are dependant on the students that sign up. We have access to a tumbling track so the goal is to be teaching front handsprings and one armed cartwheels.
Dance Club - T5

Ages: 8 - 18
Come join others in learning some new dance moves and coming up with your own choreography. May perform at the spring showcase.
Ready, Set Learn - W2

Ages: 4 - 7
In this class for our early learners we will be starting off our educational adventure strong. Focusing on beginning skills, while learning to love learning, and beginning your child's reading and math journey. A mix of music, movement, and motor skills, your little one will be ready for their next stage of education journey once they are done.
Please Note: Lunch is required for all who have 2nd & 3rd period classes. Please add the correct lunch to your cart before checking out. If we notice that it is not added, we will add it as a separate invoice to you.
Retro Recess - W3

Unplug and play! Students will learn timeless games that spark imagination, encourage friendly competition, and bring the joy of recess back—just like generations before them. Discover and play the games your parents and grandparents loved, from tag to hopscotch, jacks to dominoes, hacky sack to yoyo. This class will be a great mix of both indoor and outdoor activities that can be played all year long.
Beginner Single Hand Fencing - W4

Ages: 10 - 18
Singlehand fencing for beginners class will cover the basics of sword fighting including footwork, defense, attacks, sparring and sportsmanship for this historical sport. weapons used will be foam no special gear required.
Stage Combat - R3

Ages: 12 - 18
The goal of this course is learning fundamental techniques to safely and effectively create the illusion of physical conflict. Using basic physical exercises focused on actor safety, effective blocking, energy and weight transfer, and believable choreography and reactions, students will build practical skills to keep themselves and their partners safe when participating in unarmed stage combat. These will include falls, rolls, pushes, chokes, slaps, grabs, punches, kicks, blocks, and found object combat methods.
