Join us for a fun and interactive week exploring American Sign Language (ASL)! This half-day camp introduces students to the basics of ASL through games, movement, storytelling, and hands-on activities. Campers will build communication skills, learn about Deaf culture, and gain confidence beginning to use sign language in everyday situations. We will work on basic ASL vocabulary (greetings, colors, numbers, common phrases and questions), fingerspelling (the ASL manual alphabet), how to communicate using facial expressions and body language No prior experience is needed - just curiosity and a willingness to try something new!

Household Science Camp

This camp is a fun and engaging introduction to science using everyday items found at home, showing campers that discovery doesn’t require a lab to be exciting or meaningful. Through hands-on exploration, students learn how common materials can demonstrate important scientific principles while also gaining an understanding of basic safety and why certain substances should or should not be combined. The camp emphasizes curiosity, observation, and critical thinking, helping campers connect science to their daily lives and recognize the science happening all around them. By the end, students walk away with a stronger sense of confidence, awareness, and appreciation for how science shapes the world they interact with every day.

Stage Through Time: Black History Camp

History Focus: Slavery, civil rights leaders, arts, and inventions Activities: Musical Monologues: Students portray leaders like Harriet Tubman or Martin Luther King Jr. Songwriting Through Time: Write songs inspired by the Freedom Songs or spirituals Choreography Through History: Dance inspired by African-American traditions History Freeze-Frame: Key civil rights moments acted out

Magic of Science Camp

Crafty Afternoons Camp

Fun Summer Themed Craft, we’re going to spend whole afternoons making fun crafts to enjoy during summer activities or from summer materials while enjoying a break from midsummer heat. Think seashell keychains, suncatchers, sand painting, and more. Each week will have unique crafts, so camps are repeatable without worry of duplicate activities.

DIY Fidget Toys and Beaded Accessories Camp

Ages: 7 - 10
Sensory fun by crafting fidgets, bracelets, and more! Students will be provided examples of exsisting fidget toys to inspire what their ideal fidget toy would look, feel and sound like. They'll use their imagination to create their own fidget toys, friendship bracelets to trade, and bead chains to hook onto belt loops & shoelaces.

Campers will learn how to collect, preserve, and study plants while creating their very own plant press to take home. Through hiking, journaling, and creative projects, students will discover the beauty of local ecosystems and the science behind plants. From identifying leaves and flowers to pressing and preserving specimens, this camp blends earth science, ecology, and art into one engaging experience. By the end of the week, campers will have a personalized collection of pressed plants and a deeper appreciation for the environment around them. Perfect for middle school students who love nature, creativity, and getting a little dirt on their hands!
