Whether it’s managing time, staying organized, setting goals, handling stress, or making decisions, this class focuses on strategies that support independence, productivity, and personal growth. Through discussion, interactive activities, self-reflection, and real-world planning projects, students will build routines, habits, and systems that help them succeed in school, work, relationships, and beyond.
