Beginner Spanish/World Culture Camp
with Kelly Howell-Perez
Ages: 12 - 18
Get ready for a week of exploration, language, and adventure! This engagingsummer camp introduces students to Spanish, world cultures, and geography through a fun mix of classroom learning and outdoor activities.
Throughout the week, campers will build basic Spanish skills through interactive lessons, games, and simple conversations. Each day, we’ll “travel” to a different part of the world, exploring its culture, traditions, food, and geography. In the classroom, students will work with maps, stories, and creative projects, while outdoor activities bring learning to life through scavenger hunts, team challenges, and hands-on cultural experiences.
By the end of the week, campers will have a broader understanding of the world, increased confidence in using Spanish, and lasting memories from an exciting global journey.
Perfect for curious learners who love to explore, move, and discover new cultures!
